To manage and control changes to the IT production environment
with the least possible risk of service level disruption.
How is balance obtained? The Change Advisory Board (CAB) provides a venue for system changes/updates
to be reviewed and evaluated by IT staff to ensure efficient implementation to production with minimal
or no impact to end-users. After performing the assessment and dependencies identified in the peer review,
the CAB approves or rejects the change request.
