Citizens should complete this
form when they wish to obtain a particular police report, including vehicle
accident, death investigation, theft from building, assault, motor vehicle
theft, hit and run accident, stolen property, and robbery. Once the form is
completed, the Central Records Unit will locate the appropriate report. The
service fee for obtaining a police report is $5. Please make your money order
or cashiers check payable to the City of Richmond, Police Records, 200 W. Grace Street,
Richmond, Va., 23220. Or you can bring your request to the Richmond
Police Department, Police Information area, 200 W. Grace Street, Monday through
Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. For additional information, call 804- 646-6715.
