Applications for federal funds require the submission of standard forms, which have been developed or approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

OMB Circulars

The Federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issues and maintains documents called Circulars. OMB Circulars are administrative policy documents that give instruction to Federal agencies on a variety of topics, including the administration of Federal grants and cooperative agreements.
