New School Construction

"I established the Pedestrian, Bicycling and Trails Planning Commission to support pedestrian and bicycle travel throughout the City of Richmond. We aim to become a community where walking and bicycling are integral parts of the transportation system, as well as an effective selling point for economic development and tourism efforts."
