Chief Alfred Durham has authorized the release of the body-worn camera video taken during the officer-involved shooting on May 14th, 2018 in which Marcus-David Peters died.

WARNING: The body-worn camera video shows the fatal shooting of a naked man. His private parts have been blurred and a RPD watermark added.

A second video has also been posted. It is a compilation video assembled from security cameras in and around the Jefferson Hotel and Monroe Park showing Mr. Peters' movements prior to the shooting.
