Water Heating

Natural gas water heaters have a recovery time that is twice as fast as electric, so you’re less likely to run out of hot. The benefits of a natural gas water heater are lower operating cost, lower maintenance and longer equipment life. Tankless hot water heaters provide on demand hot water and never ending hot water, no storage tank requirements and lower operating and maintenance costs.

Combo heating systems provide low-maintenance gas water heating and heating using a direct-vent storage water heater or tankless water heater; while Integrated Mechanical Systems combine heating, water heating, and cooling into one package.

Combo Heat/Hot Water Systems

This space-saving, efficient system provides low first-cost, low-maintenance natural gas water heating and space heating using a direct-vent gas water heater. For space heating, hot water is pumped from the water heater to a coil in the air handler, where air is heated and circulated through the residence. It is simple and inexpensive to install because the system only requires one gas line and no vertical flues. Plus you have the flexibility of installing the air handler wherever it is most convenient. Combo heat and hot water systems can use a standard tank style or tankless style hot water heater; while the Integrated Mechanical Systems combine heating, water heating, and cooling into one package.

Central System with Packaged Boilers

This system packages together individual, high-efficiency boilers, each small enough to fit through a doorway. In summer, one or two boilers provide hot water, while the full complement of boilers will meet the highest demand for heat in winter. The system removes the liability of oil tanks, offers the benefits of redundancy, and provides low operating costs and easy maintenance.
