The Hispanic Liaison Office of the City of Richmond promotes community information and education, citizen participation, and other initiatives that meet the needs of our culturally diverse community. The HLO supports City agencies in developing internal capacities to strengthen cross-cultural relationships with the community.

Nuestra Misión:
La Oficina de Enlace Hispano (HLO por sus siglas en inglés) de la Ciudad de Richmond promueve información, educación, y participación cívica en la comunidad, y otras iniciativas que satisfacen las necesidades de nuestra comunidad y su diversidad cultural. La HLO apoya las agencias de la Ciudad para que desarrollen habilidades con el fin de fortalecer relaciones interculturales con la comunidad.
