Meeting Documents

In order to promote fuller understanding of the issues addressed by RichmondWorks, documentation of each RichmondWorks meeting will be made available to all who are interested. The following will be made available on this webpage:

• EXECUTIVE BRIEFING MEMO (PDF format):
  Prepared and distributed prior to each meeting, this document describes findings, trends and areas that need follow up. The document prepares members of the RichmondWorks panel for the meeting by providing them with avenues of inquiry and points for discussion.



• DEPARTMENTAL PRESENTATIONS (PDF format):
  Initial meetings for each department are introductory. Each department makes a presentation which provides an overview of the department's mission, structure and challenges, as well as a discussion of the measures proposed for deployment.



• AGENDA (PDF format):
  Prepared and distributed prior to each meeting, the agenda establishes the amount of time allocated to each item to be discussed. Agendas are provided for each meeting that is available on video.



• FOLLOW UP MEMO (PDF format):
  This document is prepared and distributed shortly after the meeting and describes unresolved questions and issues. RichmondWorks staff coordinates the collection and distribution of this information.



• MEETING VIDEO (Windows Media Player format):
  This is a video record of the each actual meeting.

Meetings Conducted & Documents

The initial RichmondWorks meetings for each department focus on presenting information outlining workloads, measures proposed for deployment and challenges faced by the agency. In subsequent meetings, RichmondWorks panel members review the data and analyses submitted, ask questions, address issues and make decisions. Ad hoc meetings are held as needed.
