The National Arts Program® Registration Form

Ian Blow at NAP Reception, photo taken by Paige Hairston The National Arts Program® at Richmond encourages and recognizes creative and artistic accomplishments by professional and non-professional artists locally, as well as Richmond's youth. Since 1999, there have been hundreds of participants in The National Arts Program® at Richmond and thousands of people have seen these exhibitions. Richmond is a model for other cities as the first to have multiple shows. The program is sponsored by the Leonard E. B. Andrews Foundation of Malvern, Pennsylvania which provides $2,750.00 in prize money plus brochures, certificates and other means of support.
