In accordance with our mission statement, this site offers each citizen online access to ownership information, parcel characteristics and current sales data. Our goal is to provide accurate and timely information along with the convenience of website business forms.

This office operates under the direction of Richmond City Council and is responsible for the annual reassessment of real estate, the rehabilitation program, the real estate tax exemption process and maintenance of the city’s real estate database. Any suggestions for improving this website, or recommendations by our citizens to better serve their needs are always welcome.
