NiB is an innovative program that supports
the restoration of Richmond's historic neighborhoods.
It promotes housing renovation, restoration, construction,
and sales in five select neighborhoods.
Visit one or all five. See the opportunities that outweigh
the challenges. In these ever growing, ever changing
areas, there is a place for you.
With some of the finest architecture in the city, these areas
are gems waiting to be polished. For interested urban
pioneers and returning urban dwellers, NiB has:
