Nathaniel Watkins joined the City of Richmond in July 2006 as the Business Liaison for the Office of Minority Business Development. Before coming to the City of Richmond, he worked as a Legislative Intern for the Virginia Department of Residential Life and Housing. 

Nathaniel is a graduate of Norfolk State University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a duel concentration in Entrepreneurial Studies and Finance.  He also received a Masters Degree in Urban Affairs from Norfolk State University.
