Purchasing Policy
Tickets may be ordered by calling 804-646-6934 or 804-646-6067, Monday - Friday, 9 am. - 3 pm. Please do not leave voice messages.
Tickets may be picked up Monday - Friday, between the hours of
10 am - 12 noon and 2 pm - 4 pm.
Tickets may be paid for by cashier's check, money order or journal voucher. Please email Linda Clark at Linda.clark@richmondgov.com for an invoice if paying with a journal voucher. All cashier's checks and money orders must be made payable to the "City of Richmond."
Two day notice required for all ticket pickups.
Payment in full required when tickets are picked up to include a copy of the processed paperwork if using a journal voucher.
