The City of Richmond's Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities is currently accepting applications for hardworking and ambitious teens from local community centers to be apart of our Teen Leaders Council- TLC.
Eligible Applicants are:
City of Richmond Residents between the ages of 13-17
Dedicated with the desire to make change and positively impact their community and school
Able to commit to bi weekly meetings held on Wednesdays
Be dependable and have reliable transportation to and from meetings
Complete this application and submit it to:
