And according to his stats, he succeeded.    Two significant arrests made by Black took in several grams of cocaine and marijuana.    While assisting Officer Jayson Walter in a traffic stop, Black was dealing with a passenger in the vehicle when the individual’s pants fell down because they were too big. Black pulled the pants up for the passenger and discovered contraband – 3 grams of cocaine and 2 grams of marijuana. This individual was charged with possession with the intent to distribute cocaine and possession of marijuana.
