Operations consists of four precincts that cover 63 miles of the capital city. The more than 300 officers assigned to this division are
responsible for patrolling and providing first-class service to the citizens of Richmond.
The four precincts are broken out into two areas: Area 1 is commanded by Major Margaret Horn; Major John Keohane commands Area 2.
