payment site, to make receiving and paying your utility bill quick, secure and easy! In order to
enroll for this FREE service to begin receiving and paying your bills
online, click on the button below. This button will take you to CheckFree's
web site to begin the registration process. To enroll in DPU E-Bill, click on

Here is a quick checklist of information you will need to know and items you will want to have handy to help
make the first-time enrollment process smooth and efficient.
- Have your DPU bill nearby – you'll need your account number to enroll.
- Follow directions for enrollment carefully. Use the CheckFree help features any time you have
a question.
- If you plan to sign up for this online service for more than one account, have a bill from each
account nearby since they must be added individually.
- Have a check from your bank handy, so you can quickly reference your bank account information
while signing up online.
- Know your e-mail address and your social security number.
- You must have a checking account to use DPU E-Bill since your bank account is automatically charged
for your payment amount.
- After you enroll, you will receive a message from CheckFree to confirm your enrollment. Once your
enrollment has been acknowledged, all future bills will be received online. You may pay your outstanding balance using
CheckFree's online bill payment feature.
- NOTE: If you are currently enrolled in DPU's Automatic Utility Payment Plan you are welcome
to remain on that payment service and to register to receive your utility bills online with DPU E-Bill. However, if you
want to pay your bills online you need to cancel your enrollment in DPU’s Automated Utility Payment Plan to prevent
duplicate payments.
