DPU can automatically deduct the amount of your monthly bill
from your checking or savings account on the date the bill is due. Call 644-3000 to request an application
or download one online, then return the completed application with a voided check or deposit slip.
DPU will set up the service with your bank at no charge to you.

| Receive an email reminder when your bill is due, then pay your bill online.
You will need your DPU billing account and your checking account numbers, an email address,
and your Social Security number to enroll here.

| Pay your utility bill online using your MasterCard,
American Express or Discover Card. A fee is charged by the vendor, based on the amount of payment.

Utility payments may be made in person in the
• Finance office, City Hall, Room 102, 900 E. Broad Street, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday;
• East End District Office, 701 N. 25th Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30p.m., Monday through Friday;
• Southside Community Service Center, 4100 Hull St, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30p.m. Monday through Friday.
Both the East District and Southside Offices are closed from 1:30-3 p.m. each day.
