Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Funds
In an effort to broadly use HPRP funds in the City of Richmond, the Richmond Department of Social Services is seeking
partnerships with qualified community-based non-profits to implement strategies to address homelessness among
single adults and families. Five (5) copies of the Application for funds are due no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday,
May 13, 2009 to the Office of the Interim Director, Department of Social Services, 900 E. Marshall Street, Suite 330,
Richmond, VA 23219. No applications will be accepted after that time. E-mail submission will not be accepted.
