Virginia Initiative for Employment Not Welfare (VIEW)enables recipients of Temporary Assistance to Needy families (TANF) to secure
and sustain employment, leading to self-sufficiency, by providing supportive services
such as comprehensive assessment of barriers to employment, job readiness, job
development, job placement, child care, transportation, community work experience,
training needs and post employment follow-up.
