There is no charge for disposal of large items. They should be placed alongside the Supercan on the resident's normal trash collection day, and pickup will take place within 10 working days. Construction debris is not allowed, and there is a $50 charge for disposal of appliances. Same-day collections may be scheduled by calling the DPW Customer Care Center at 646-0999; there is a $100 charge for this service.
