All organizations, including City Departments, are required to submit a completed
application for each project for which the organization proposes to receive funding. The
Request For Funding Application packet includes two documents:

2007-2008 Supplemental Federal Funds RFF - downloadable application with attachments that can
be completed electronically and saved
-
RFF Budget Pages - downloadable excel spreadsheets that represent the last page of the RFF
application

All applications must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., April 16, 2006 at the
office of Community Development, City Hall, 900 East Broad Street, Room 501,
Richmond, VA 23219, Attention: Bill Martin. Faxed and/or emailed applications,
will not be accepted. Applicants must submit four (4) copies of the Request for Funding
Form (RFF), punched with three holes, and one (1) copies of all attachments.
