All organizations, including City Departments, are required to submit a completed application for each project and each funding source for which the organization proposes to receive funding. The Request For Funding (RFF) Application packet includes two parts:

• 2009-2011 City General Fund and Federal Funds RFF Application - Word document that can be downloaded and completed electronically and saved.
  
  
• RFF Budget Pages (2009-2010 and 2010-2011) - Excel spreadsheets that represent the last two pages (Pages 13 and 14) of the RFF application.
  
  

All organizations considering submitting applications for Federal Funds are strongly encouraged to carefully read the City’s Procedures Manual 2008-09 to understand all the expectations and requirements of all subrecipients that are awarded federal funds through this application process.

Applicants must submit five (5) copies of the Request For Funding (RFF) application forms, punched with three holes, along with two (2) copies of all attachments. All applications must be received no later than 5:00 pm, Thursday, December 18, 2008. Any and all RFF applications received after this time will not be considered!

All RFF applications for Federal Funds must be delivered to Room 501 of City Hall, 900 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219.

All RFF applications for City General Funds (CGF) must be delivered to Room 1100 of City Hall, 900 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219.

Faxed and/or e-mailed applications will NOT be accepted.
