The City of Richmond Department of
Public Works provides graffiti removal free of charge to residents or
businesses whose private property has been vandalized. The above release form
must be completed and submitted to the address below before crews will be
dispatched to perform this work. Typically, this will take place within two
days after the release form has been received.
