This application is for use by individuals or organizations to apply for a permit to hold a major city-wide festival or special event at a City Park or Community Center. After you have printed off your copy, please call our Park Permits and Scheduling Office at (804) 646-0761, 646-0036 or 646-0037 and an employee will assist you with the application and in planning your event.
You may also call this office to discuss smaller events and activities or to reserve one of our many park shelters or recreation facilities.
