Reservations and Fees

Planning a wedding or family reunion? A softball tournament? Need a portable stage for your concert? All picnic shelters, garden areas, community centers, athletic fields and other facilities in the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Facilities are available for your use.

Some permits may require a $15 processing fee. The amount for staff charges may be subject to change. There is an additional 10% charge for non-city residents. City holiday dates may incur additional fees.

The rental fee does not include delivery of equipment. Users are responsible for pick-up,
transportation of and return of any equipment. Additionally the user is responsible for
staffing cost at an overtime rate. Two staff minimum, $52 per hour, 4 four hour minimum.

Hickory Hill Community Center
Portions of Hickory Hill Community Center, equipment and related services may be used with department approval.
Rental fees and staffing costs must be paid prior to use.
Staffing costs (supervision and custodial) may apply computed at the overtime rate for personnel ($22 per hour).
There is an additional 10% charge for non-city residents.
For space at Hickory Hill Community Center contact the Center's office.

Pine Camp Arts & Community Center
A 'User Agreement' or 'Other Special Contract' must be signed in advance.
Rental fees and staffing costs must be paid prior to use.
Staffing costs (supervision and custodial) may apply computed at the overtime rate for personnel ($22 per hour).
No 'Alcohol' is allowed without a special permit.
Security and Technical staff, and special permits are to be provided by the renter.
The user may be held responsible for damages caused to the rental facility during their rental period.
There is an additional 10% charge for non-city residents.
For space at Pine Camp Arts & Community Center contact the Center's office.
