Last Updated: 2017-10-25

The Master Plan sets the general framework for the future character of development throughout the city.

The current Master Plan was adopted in January 2001 and has been updated frequently for specific areas of the city through specific planning projects, such as the Downtown Plan and Pulse Corridor Plan.

Below are links to the current Master Plan document, as well as updated Future Land Use maps by Planning District, and a table of descriptions for these categories.

An interactive map of the Future Land Use is also available to identify the Future Land Use categories as prescribed in the Master Plan. Please note these are not Zoning districts, and do not dictate what development is allowed by-right.
