This week Crime Stoppers needs your help with solving a homicide, which occurred on Old Hickory Drive near the entrance to Sherwood Crossing Apartments in Hanover County.
On Saturday, Aug. 14, just after 3 a.m., Russell Franklin, a resident of Sherwood Crossing Apartment, was found shot to death in his light blue Cadillac.
Hanover investigators are aggressively pursuing leads. However, they need your help.

If you have information about the murder of Russell Franklin or information of any other crime in the City of Richmond or the counties of Henrico, Hanover, New Kent, Goochland, or Charles City, call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
