This week Crime Stoppers needs your help with a 2002 murder.
On April 27, 2002 Rayshawn Thompkins was shot and killed at 30th and Porter Streets in the city. He and a friend were walking through the neighborhood when they were approached by two males. One of the males pulled out a gun and demanded money.
During the robbery Rayshawn was shot multiple times and died on the scene. His friend was able to escape without injury.
