   This week Crime Stoppers need your help to solve the murder of Thomas Winston Carter, Jr.
   On December 22,2001 Mr. Carter was found shot to death in the rear of 2707 Haynes Avenue in the City.
   Two black males were seen driving away in a green Ford Windstar van which was owned by the victim. The van was found set on fire in an alley in the 2800 block of Hawthorne Avenue.

   If you have information about the murder of Thomas Carter or information of any other crime in the City of Richmond or the counties of Henrico, Hanover, New Kent, Goochland, or Charles City, call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
   You do not have to give your name or testify in court. You will be given a code number to protect your identity, and your information if of value to police, could be worth up to a $1,000 cash reward.
