This week Crime Stoppers needs your help to solve a 2003 murder in the City of Richmond
Mr. Owen Andre Jackson was shot multiple times in the 800 block of North 37th Street on June 4, 2003. Physical evidence was collected from the scene and a canvass of the area was done.
Witnesses have stated that they believe the shooter was a female, but we need just a little more information that may help us solve this case.
