   This week the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office needs your help to solve several home burglaries.
   During the past few months, multiple home burglaries have occurred throughout the Metro Richmond area. These burglaries have occurred during the overnight hours, while the victims were at home.
   The suspect generally enters through an unlocked attached garage door or by breaking a window to the residence. Once inside, the suspect steals only purses.
   The suspect is described as a black male, possibly in his thirties. In addition, on several occasions, a white car with a loud (after market) muffler has been seen in the area.



   If you have information about these crime or information of any other crime in the City of Richmond or the counties of Henrico, Hanover, New Kent, Goochland, or Charles City, call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
   You do not have to give your name or testify in court. You will be given a code number to protect your identity, and your information if of value to police, could be worth up to a $1,000 cash reward.
   When you call Crime Stoppers you will remain anonymous, remember we don’t need to know who you are to know who they are.
