This week Crime Stoppers needs your help in solving the murder of Ms Fannie “Patsy” Beard.
On Saturday, December 2, 2006 around 1a.m. Richmond Police responded to the 1900 block of Whitcomb Street for a female shot in the alley. They found Fannie “Patsy” Beard lying in the alley with multiple gunshot wounds to her back. Witnesses saw a white or tan newer model 4 door Lincoln or Cadillac leaving the scene.

If you have any information about the murder of Ms Beard or information of any other crime in the City of Richmond or the counties of Henrico, Hanover, New Kent, Goochland, or Charles City, call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
