   Crime Stoppers needs your assistance to find the person responsible for a murder that occurred in 2002.
   On July 3, 2002, around 1am Richmond Police received a call of a man down in the 2300 block of Fairfield Avenue. Mr. Mark Mills had been shot several times and was found lying dead on the sidewalk. Investigators were informed that Mills was involved in an altercation just before he was killed.
