Crime Stoppers needs your assistance to help solve a murder that occurred in 2003.
On March 6, 2003, around 10:15 pm, Richmond Police responded to a shooting call at 207 ½ East Leigh Street. Charles Dubois was shot and killed in the downstairs kitchen area of his apartment. Investigators were informed that several individuals were seen running from the scene.
