Crime Stoppers needs your assistance to help locate a second suspect in connection with a Homicide in Richmonds west end.
On March 27Tth of this year two victim’s were robbed by two armed suspects around 1 am in the 600 block of South Sheppard Street. One of the victims, Tyler Binsted, a 19 year old VCU student, was shot to death.
One of the suspects has been arrested and police need your assistance to help locate the second suspect responsible for this random act of violence. The suspect is described as a black male between the ages of 13 and 15. He is 5'3" to 5'5" tall. He was wearing dark clothing and possibly goes by the name of "Pete".
Investigators are asking anyone who may have witnessed any portion of this incident to please call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
The family has established an additional reward of $5,000 to anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect in this homicide.
