Crime Stoppers need your assistance to help locate a suspect wanted for attempt capitol murder of a Virginia Commonwealth University police officer.
On February 1st of this year around 1 a.m. a VCU officer made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of West Cary Street. After the officer approached the vehicle the driver grabbed her arm and drove off with the officer hanging onto the car's window for approximately three blocks.
The driver has been identified as 18 year old Zorin "Zoe" Amadd Holton. A felony warrant has been issued on Holton for attempt capitol murder.
If you have any information about the murder of Tyler Binsted or information of any other crime in the City of Richmond or the counties of Henrico, Hanover, New Kent, Goochland, or Charles City, call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
You do not have to give your name or testify in court. You will be given a code number to protect your identity, and your information, if of value to police, could be worth up to a $1,000 cash reward.
