Crime Stoppers needs your assistance to help solve a homicide that occurred over ten years ago.
On February 24, 1998 Pennie Gail Cooper Shoosmith was strangled to death inside of an apartment on Pilkington Street. Investigators believe the killer then dragged Pennies body into the alley in the 2100 block of Hull Street where she was found by police.
Richmond Police need your assistance to help solve this homicide and bring closure to Pennies family.
